1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bk233 ("bk233", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bk233 online casino and sports betting platform, including all games, services, promotions, and features made available through the bk233 website at bk233.io and any related subdomains (collectively, "the Platform").

By creating a bk233 account, accessing the Platform, placing a wager, or using any service offered by bk233, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the bk233 Platform, including players in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with bk233's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any bonus-specific terms communicated to you, these Terms shall prevail unless the bonus terms expressly state otherwise.

2 Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to the bk233 Platform and participation in real-money gaming is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bk233 enforces a minimum age of 21 as a firm requirement across all account types and all jurisdictions in which the Platform operates, including Bangladesh.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your location before creating an account or placing a wager.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had an account on the bk233 Platform terminated due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order issued by bk233 or any third-party responsible gaming body to which bk233 is subject.

bk233 employs age verification procedures at the point of registration and at any subsequent stage of your account lifecycle. You may be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued identification document — such as a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — to confirm that you meet the 21+ age requirement. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation when requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal rights and, if age cannot be confirmed, the permanent closure of your account.

3 Account Registration and Security

To access real-money games and services on the bk233 Platform, you must register a bk233 account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as prompted during the registration process. You may register only one account per person, per household, per device, and per shared IP address. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") for any purpose — including claiming multiple welcome bonuses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bk233 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use another player's account. bk233 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

You agree to notify bk233 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. bk233 may, at its discretion, temporarily suspend an account pending investigation of any suspected unauthorised access.

• All registration information must be accurate. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• bk233 may request additional Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any time, including copies of a Bangladesh NID, passport, bank statement, or mobile money account confirmation.
• Each player is entitled to hold exactly one bk233 account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed at bk233's discretion.
• bk233 does not permit the sale, transfer, or assignment of accounts between individuals.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

bk233 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your bk233 wallet in real time for mobile financial service providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within one business day for bank transfer deposits.

All deposits must be funded from payment methods registered in your own name. bk233 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from a payment source that does not match your registered account identity, bk233 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal rights and request additional verification before releasing any funds.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Deposit currency: Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT) only. No foreign currency conversion is required or supported on the player-facing side.
• Processing fees: bk233 does not charge a processing fee on deposits. Your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees, for which bk233 is not responsible.
• Deposit limits: Account-level deposit limits may be set by you via your account dashboard as part of bk233's responsible gaming controls. Once set, a deposit limit may only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Declined deposits: If a deposit is declined by your payment provider, please contact your provider directly. bk233 support cannot override payment provider decisions.

5 Withdrawals and Processing Times

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time from your bk233 account dashboard, provided that your account is fully verified, your KYC documentation has been accepted, and there are no outstanding bonus wagering requirements attached to your account balance. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. bk233 reserves the right to process withdrawals via an alternative payment method if the original method is unavailable. In all cases, withdrawals will only be sent to a payment account registered in the same name as the bk233 account holder.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction.
• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes of approval.
• Dutch-Bangla Bank / City Bank / BRAC Bank / Islami Bank: Processed within one business day of approval, subject to bank operating hours.
• Withdrawal fees: bk233 does not charge a withdrawal fee. Your payment provider's standard transaction fees may apply.
• Verification hold: First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000 may be subject to an enhanced identity verification review, which may extend the processing time by up to 24 hours.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

bk233 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to the Bangladeshi calendar (including BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh campaigns). All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Wagering requirements: All deposit bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus balance or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion-specific terms at the time of the offer.
• Bonus eligibility: Welcome bonuses are available to new players only, on their first qualifying deposit. Existing players are not eligible for welcome bonus offers. bk233 determines eligibility by account, device, household, and IP address.
• Game contribution: Not all games on the bk233 Platform contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live dealer games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. The specific contribution rates applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account without compensation.
• Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit a bonus offer — including multi-accounting, arbitrage betting, or placing low-risk bets specifically to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Modifications: bk233 reserves the right to alter, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the bk233 Platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios including, but not limited to, Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own specific rules as determined by the relevant game studio. bk233 does not operate proprietary games and does not determine game outcomes. All game results are produced by independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems maintained by the respective studio.

By placing a wager on any game on the bk233 Platform, you confirm that you understand the rules of that game and accept the outcome as final. bk233 will not reverse or void wagers on the basis that you did not understand the rules of a game before participating.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits are set per game and are displayed within the game interface at all times.
• In the event of a game malfunction or technical error that interrupts the outcome of a wager, the affected wager may be voided and the stake returned at bk233's discretion. Winnings resulting from a demonstrably malfunctioning game will not be paid.
• Sports betting markets are subject to their own rules as displayed within the bk233 sportsbook interface. In-play bets accepted after an event's conclusion are void.
• bk233 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets offered at incorrect odds due to a technical or pricing error.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bk233 Platform. Engaging in any of the following actions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all account balances:

• Creating more than one bk233 account, or using another person's account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including in live dealer poker or other competitive game formats.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such vulnerability discovered must be reported to bk233 support immediately.
• Attempting to launder funds through the Platform, or using the Platform in connection with any illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or on behalf of a third party without their knowledge.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bk233 staff or other players via live chat or any other communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming restriction or self-exclusion measure imposed on your account.

9 Responsible Gaming

bk233 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling for all players on the Platform. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all bk233 account holders and may be activated at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting bk233 support through live chat:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit cap. Limits take effect immediately when set. Increases to a deposit limit are subject to a 7-day waiting period.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum duration for individual gaming sessions. You will be notified when your session limit is approaching.
• Time-out / cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, you may not log in to your account or place any wager.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your bk233 account and opt out of all marketing communications. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

bk233 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC or identity verification documentation within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform for illegal purposes.
• Confirmed underage gambling or misrepresentation of age.
• Detection of multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• Receipt of a chargeback or reversal instruction from your payment provider in respect of a deposit.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring account suspension or closure.

Upon voluntary account closure requested by the player, any remaining verified balance in your bk233 wallet (excluding bonus funds and pending bonus-linked winnings) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to identity verification. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bk233 shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense of any kind arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform access due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond bk233's reasonable control.
• Any loss resulting from a game malfunction or technical error, where the affected wager has been voided and the stake returned.
• Any loss arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.

bk233's total liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the value of the wager directly giving rise to that claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit bk233's liability for death or personal injury caused by bk233's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by bk233.

12 Amendments to These Terms

bk233 reserves the right to amend, update, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, bk233 will notify active players via the email address registered on their account or via a prominent notice on the bk233 Platform. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued access to or use of the bk233 Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms in full. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact bk233 support to arrange account closure. You will not be entitled to preferential treatment under a previous version of the Terms once updated Terms have come into effect.
